"I'm not stupid, you know." Thea protested when she heard Kaitlyn's words. "You're worried some of your [i]brethren[/i] might lay hands on me." She had heard tales of how mages were treated, either from apostates who fled the cities and found her clan, or old tales passed down among the Dalish. She had always thought they were perhaps coloured by the fact that many of her clan thought the [i]shemlen[/i] were untrustworthy. Her first impression of the Circle was beginning to prove that belief wrong. "Well, I'm not proud enough to think I'd be able to defend myself here. I appreciate the help." Thea added softly, in case the other templars were listening. It was then that she brought up something she didn't really want to discuss but felt she needed to. "What will you tell them about Owen?"
