I sighed, tired of this, my body was aching and at the moment all I wanted to do was sleep. I knew I should be trying to fight them off, run and get out of here as quickly as I could, but I just couldn’t summon the energy. “Look, we’ll put him in the cell at the end, it’s far enough away and he’s too bruised up to anything.” The other guard said and the soldier nodded his head tiredly shooing us down the cold hall. They opened up the solid door to my new cell and threw me in, closing and locking the door before I had the chance to sit up.
