Bio: Hired muscle for the Black Rats, the leanest meanest gang in town. When you see him you know there is trouble.
Often seen 'helping at Drydocks' with heavy lifting and 'encouraging' others to leave. The Black Rats is a hell of a mean group for a 14 year old to be around, and Bill wants the first meal ticket out of it, even though he knows it will haunt him

Other: Likes hamsters. Looks up at the palace every day and fantasises of one day feasting there, but that dream slowly withers beneath layers of beatings and hunger
