Oh... so.. the metal bender academy doesn't teach actual metal bending...? Especially to those who possess the potential and want to learn...?

...I don't mean to come off as trite but isn't that the purpose of an academy? To teach things to others that they don't know? I imagine an entrance exam would be necessary to prove you're capable of bending metal at all but if people want to learn wouldn't it be best to start from a young an age as possible?
