he finds that it appears to be the people in robes attempting to stabalize a seemingly naturally occuring multidimensional rift into a static portal using weystones that appear to be made from a beautiful blue stone that glows faintly the same color. he can see as the people in robes set the weystones in place the portal actually stabilizes and forms a link to another dimension where there seems to already be an established castle, suggesting that there was a portal nexus in the other dimension where links like this could be funneled. a woman smiles as she calls "alright, shut it off" before the men and women under her command close the portal, the link having proved to be established. after the experiment the woman in the robe that had seemed in command comes over to micheal and joins him in his cell, asking "they said you were injured?" as she examines him
