"if you're integral to the hunt then request that the date be moved. i'm sure that after what my commander did plenty of other people would need time to recover as well" she says softly, still saddened by the fact that involvement with her had caused him pain. she takes another sip of water, letting the healer do her work, knowing that she probably couldn't convince her to leave and let her heal on her own so instead she finishes off her water and assissts with healing, speeding the process up to the point that after a good ten minutes she can take the splints off however the effort obviously puts a great strain on her, drenching her in sweat and causing her pain at the unnatural healing but she doesn't cry out, as if refusing to let slip to her caregiver that her magics came with a reprecussion
