A down-town basement would be pretty well soundproofed, yeah. I like this idea. So, we have either a large shack on the boundaries of a rich family's land, or a down-town basement under an abandoned building. I like the latter idea, personally, seeing as the concrete would insulate the sound pretty well, I think.
