Aoba expected a small kiss, like normally, but the closeness and the. . . Well, Aoba would call it 'loving touch', but Kuro would probably have another name for it. The fallen angel was almost positive Kuro was doing to his heart, so he kept quiet about it. Besides, the many blushes the demon caused should've guessed it sooner or later. He reminded himself mentally to get a book from Father Gerard. Towards Kuro's honest declaration, Aoba looked away- only until the demon started to walk inside. He started to follow only to be stopped by a curious looking Dani. He looked so innocent sometimes, and yet the smaller demon was so aggressive. 'Remember not to apologize for random things. He doesn't like that.' He reminded himself before giving him a small wave. At first, Dani didn't respond. He only eyed Aoba over wondering if his brother was interested in him physically. Dani had to admit that the angel had good looks, but that couldn't have been the reason- well the only reason at least. He realized it wouldn't help just staring, and the innocent angel was getting nervous under his gaze. "Do you want to. . .fly around?" Aoba blinked and stared at him with a surprised look. He didn't expect Dani to ask him that, nor sound so sincere when asked. Sheepishly, he kicked the dirt lightly and shook his head. "Oh, um, maybe not now. I'm still sort of tired from all the work. . . Sor- um, So maybe next time alright?" It seemed Dani didn't catch the small mistake, because he only nodded and seemed to think of another thing to say. The wild and playful look in his eye was replaced with a rather calm one. "How did you get kicked out of that gross home of yours?" Before Aoba could get too upset about being asked a question like that, he realized that he probably didn't it mean it to hurt his feelings. Aoba sat down on the steps next to Dani and puffed his cheeks before sighing. He wasn't suppose to tell Dani about Kuro's accident. And it seemed like that would cause a controversy where it didn't need to be. "Well. . ." It was still really hard for Aoba to lie. So, he skirted around it. "I. . . Did something that the angels didn't approve of." Dani rolled his eyes at the vague information and started to prod him for more, but stopped seeing a hint of sadness. Dani proceeded to poke the fallen angel, making him giggle a little. "Are you going to keep moping about that? You're gonna have to let it go eventually. I mean, it's been more than a day! Come on!" Dani leaned closer to Aoba, making him lean away a little. "Um. . ." He wasn't sure what to say to Dani at that point. So Aoba stared with wide eyes.
