I updated the power scheme of my character so you may have a better understanding of how he works. @KapuchuSo just to recap. She can manipulate energies around her (? what energies are these?) to create force fields, fires orbs (that explode), or blasts of kinetic force. She can also enhance herself physically, but no more than a minute at the moment, which suggests she can do it for longer periods of time. She can also use these mysterious energies to create illusions by distorting reality and creating a domain where she can bend it to her will. Additionally she can heal people and animals, using that mysterious energy. Though since it is implied that she will get better at manipulating this energy (reality disortion?) does that mean she can say ... heal a life threatening wound? repair a leg? regrow tissue? I'm not sure.Still going on the list powers, she is physically vulnerable. Uhm? No? She's not? Human form, above average physically, half-fox (I bet you like nekos too lol :P) average physique as apposed to .. a normal human? And her full-fox form is unstated, which doesn't matter because if you get to close she's just going to smash you with her 9 fuzzy battering rams. Because those retain a high level of strength. Which also DOESNT matter because catching her is a problem too apparently. You might as well make this one immortal too.Force fields in their own right have immense roleplay application already.Exploding fiery tennis balls have a decent application.Bending reality is a bit much.Subjecting bent reality to you will is also a bit much.Healing people and animals is stacking that power list high, but with room to improve this to be stronger. She is also perfectly physically capable of A: Being extremely difficult to catch B: having an above average physique (I don't understand how this diminishes when she shifts) C: Playing baseball with your face via her tails and their high level of strength. D: Enhance herself physically so she doesn't break a sweat beating you to death with your own legs. But it can be improved so she can use your legs to beat multiple people to death.Synopsis: It feels like you want to top-out all other characters, or perhaps read to heavily into Japanese lore. I didn't bother with the biography, I assume the gm read it an has approved it. I'm more concerned with the levels of super saiyen everybody is trying to make their characters. I plan to look at everybody's once the CS's are posted on the main page, because I'm too lazy to hunt them down.Advice: Don't try to be so diverse and powerful. Pick something and stick with it. The more complex you make your power scheme the harder it is to balance yourself out. I went simple, athletic and lightning, but i also have a reasonable list of negative attributes that make my character challenging and fun to play. (in my eyes) If there is anything wrong with it I fully expect to be called out on it.*****The above points are personal opinion and in no way, shape, or form represent the collective views of other members, or the GM*****
I would like to point out the reference pic she is using is based off Korean folklore! Eheheheheheheeh. As a continuation to the quoted post, I would like to expand on the idea of narrowing your focus down into a more nice role. Each character in a roleplay needs to be largely their own piece of work, meaning you got to make them stand out against the crowd. Right now in this RP I can tell you fire will NOT make you stand out. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry in this RP so far sports fire manipulation or at least heat manipulation. But the reason those characters are original in their own right is because of the reason why. The reason I feel the need to mention this is because your character has the following parallels with my character: -Fire Manipulation -Healing -Force Fields -Manipulative S.O.B. (My Possession and Telekinesis, your illusion) Because of this, our characters bring essentially the same things to the table. The difference is I'm an Angel Demon hybrid and your a fox lady. But when it comes down to conflict and resolution, our characters bring the same things to the table. If you really want to stand out, your abilities need to differ from the abilities already in place. I had first hand experience with this once when there was a person in another roleplay try to make an ifrit character when I already had one. My suggestion to you would be to find an energy based ability like what you seem to be looking for, and explore it deeper instead of having a myriad of talents. (If you try to refer to my character's myriad of talents be sure to notice his talents are form dependent and thusly unreliable) If I were you I'd look into the fact that fox spirits/demons in lore normally use their sex appeal or are dancing woodland creatures.
