Boomstick - Alley Way off Central Park - Vitruvian Man Modya marched up to the guy in his hoodie or costume, whatever he was wearing with a few choice words, his request that she turn off the light on her arm caught her a little off guard and she promptly obliged, letting the aura fade away so all that was left was her bare tattooed arm. She then crossed her arms. “You shouldn't have gotten pulled into that fight. You endangered everyone around you as well as played into the trap they were setting for you. Be more aware of your enemy’s goals in the future.” She rolled her eyes as he was distracted for a second, she could tell hoodie was putting on a tough guy act that she was not buying. “Air your grievances.” He added soon after and Modya took a deep breath, "Now you listen here bud, I had that fight under control, in fact I could have ended it 10 minutes early if those other Metas had not come in and screwed everything up! Even you with your glue and gadgets , you let flyboy get away back there. Just stay out of my way next time." She started down the alley to get to the opposite street away from the commotion. "Thanks to that little brawl I am not going to be late for my dinner date, and I need to get changed before I go. If you ever see flyboy in your special 'mission' or whatever tell him he owes me new glasses." with that she left hoodie standing on the fire escape, ignoring anything he might have added after her little speech. Pulling her phone out of her pocket she checked the time, now instead of half an hour she was a full hour late and still needed to get back to her apartment and change her dirty cloths. Boomstick - Modya's Central Apartment She had done a pretty good job at avoiding everyone on her walk back to her place, she also got a few texts from her friends who had seen the news about the Meta fight near the park, she told them she was okay but was going to be even more late because the bus she had been waiting for got destroyed. Sighing she tossed her destroyed sweater in the garbage and dusted off her jeans, they had a few new tears but that didn't bother her too much as she threw on a red longsleeve and grabbed a fresh pair of glasses from her drawer. Donning her leather gloves it was time to head back out and get to the restaurant.
