asura offers a hand and a small smile, offering what comfort he could under these conditions before the pad they were on lifted and pointed them towards a hole in the ceiling that was currently filling the room with ocean water. "launch in three... two... one... launch" the man says, her hud counting down with him before the ship is propelled out of the base, letting her see the underwater base they'd been living in and training in for the past four months fade away in her rear veiw screen. after a while they break the surface smoothly before breaking out of the atmosphere rather smoothly all things considered. asura then sets the ship to a deep orbit while extending some sort of solar panels, allowing a small refeuling as the panels seemed oddly effecient, the fuel count climbing from the dwindlingly low 7% up to 13% as she's watching, giving way to how long the ship had been in storage somewhat
