Luke looked up at the sudden voice, his face betraying the confusion and slight suspicion he was feeling. He never had a very good poker face. However he was desperate. He'd take any chance he had right now. So his features softened, returning to a more hopeless look. "She'll be where I left her." He said quietly, not overly wanting to reveal too much about Ash's location. "In the garage of her house. We've been hiding there since the beginning of the outbreak." He stood up finally, looking at the older woman, trying to guess what her intention here was. Still, he had no other choice, so he was going to take any help he could get. "Please, she's just a little girl. She's hungry and she'll be scared. She won't survive on her own. I just need to get back to her. Please. You've been here longer than me. I just need a way out... Or if you could point me in the direction of someone who can help..." He shook his head slightly and hung it in despair. "I didn't want to come here. They found me and said I needed to 'for my own safety' once they realised I wasn't bit." Sinking back to the ground Luke looked along the wall hopelessly. They think they're safe here. But they're wrong. This place will fall, it's a freaking buffet. It's just a matter of how long. He didn't plan to be around to see things turn to hell and he certainly didn't plan to have Ash around for it either. He'd already seen her left behind by selfish people looking out for only themselves. He looked back up at the woman sadly. "Please? I'm all she has right now."
