[b]"Shit!"[/b] Acosta cursed as she saw the plasma grenade fly her way. The corpsman quickly picked herself up and threw herself out of the kill radius and away from the blast to the groundin order to protect her chest and head. The grenade exploded and the blast hit her hard, but she was wasn't hurt, but over the radio she could hear that McCoy was down over the comms. She was in trouble at the moment and had to deal with these covies before making her way over, but once the enemy was suppressed she'd be the first to give him the proper attention he needed. 

Acosta fired at the remaining grunts which acted as cannon-fodder. She was getting ready for Archer and April to handle this intersection so she render aid to McCoy.
