He's far less powerful than you might assume, especially as far as Servant on Servant combat is concerned. For example, even a rather weak Saber would have no problem virtually curbstomping a character with such obscenely low physical stats.

That said, it isn't really a reason to deny the character, so without further ado, on to my personal review~ (May be subject to change at any time, and it is in no way final, just my opinion.)
[hider=It happens]Territory Change is, surprisingly, totally legit. It has been shown that under special circumstances, Class Skills can be exchanged, and with his special magical skillset, I believe it's okay for you to have that rather powerful skill.

Magical Singing should be renamed to something cooler, although this isn't really criticism. 

Noble Phantasms [i]Must[/i] have an active effect and rank (unless I'm mistaken.)

All in all, while my "review" may seem positive, Your character will definitely require a bit of tweaking in the future. Expect us.[/hider]
