The Kantriani, always excellent in the water, settled at the edge of Fisti territory, and make their living on fishing and river/lake based trade as well as farming and hunting, but their new Chief, Cerian, inspied by surving fragments of Marian learning, wants to build his people into something more. The Standard of the Delphinium will rise, first over all the Fisti, then as far as the eye can see.
