Saw this earlier and wasn't that into it but why the hell not? Also I would like to request the character I have just made. --- Name: Doran "The Wall" Tathean Age: 31 Gender: Male Appearance:

Doran's everyday clothes include a simple leather tunic over a chain mail shirt with matching leggings, minus chainmain. Nice pair of leather boots and a silver belt buckle with the Tathean crest on it. While he is nicknamed "The Wall" he isn't actually that tall, only about 5'11 but he is quite handsome. A strong nose, heavy jawline, and gentle eyes... mostly. Due to an injury during the battle that earned him the name The Wall, he took a blow to the head that caused him to lose the color in his left eye. It doesn't effect his vision but it makes it a pale blue instead of the light brown it was before. Doran has recently got over his dislike for facial hair and has grown a course stubble instead of the clean shaven face of his youth, likewise he keeps his dark blond hair fairly short. Personality: Doran is a knight through and through, chivalrous, courageous, honorable, and stoic. However he does know the virtue of kicking back and drinking a horn or two. Hates sadists, brutalizers, rapists, and slavers above all else. Doran also isn't one to trust ones words as much as actions, as such he doesn't talk as much as the other knights and lets his actions speak for him. A reoccurring problem for Doran is his inability to properly express his problems and refuses to cry in front of others, feeling that it would make him look weak. Finally Doran loves children and is highly protective of them, several people have fallen to his blade due to their mistreatment of children. Job/role: Knight of the king. If knight/squire - Doran wields a bastard sword and a heater pattern shield, both have serious wear and tear but are still very effective. History: Doran is a child of house Tathean, a family dedicated to the king. Since their founding, the Tatheans have been producing knights for the king with varying amounts of success. Some are great knights while others are mediocre, while very few are outright insults to the family name. Doran was not one of those, ever since he could lift a blade Doran was destined for greatness. Even as a child Doran impressed others with his skill with a sword, outclassing the the lower knights by 15 and taking on the greater ones by twenty. When he finally became a full fledged knight, Doran couldn't be happier. With his sword and shield, Doran went on many a quest and fought countless battles, challenging knights from far away kingdoms and many friends. However none of that compares to the story of the Battle of Dunsmouth. Dunsmouth is a little village south of the kingdom, nothing important about it besides the narrow bridge that extends over the canyon. A small kingdom from the south wanted to invade Enchanted, but most of the entryways to the kingdom were either heavily guarded or treacherous ground. Dunsmouth seemed the easiest way to send the army through, the rival sent a small detachment to the bridge, about 50 men, to clear out the village. However fate would have other ideas and Doran found himself at the head of their group. Demanding why armed troops were entering this village and when he got his answer a clash of swords came. With one dead soldier and the other running off the get the rest of the detachment, Doran told his squire to send for aid. While the squire sent for aid and the soldiers gathering on the other side of the bridge, Doran waited and gave a prayer to whatever god would listen, knowing in his heart that it would take miracle for him to survive. With that knowledge, Doran fought harder than he ever had before. Shield, sword, armor, and body taking equal amounts of damage, but he did it. After about a single day of battle reinforcements came and burned down the bridge, denying the rival his easy entrance and giving Doran more honor than he would likely get for the rest of his life. Afterwards Doran collapsed and slept for days, many feared he wouldn't awake as his body had taken much damage. However it wasn't to be and Doran awoke, a little worse for wear but alive. Crush: Doran has feelings for Naia but isn't sure if they are respect or affection, perhaps both. Either way he doesn't dwell on it too much, seeing as she hasn't any interest in anyone as far as he knows. Other: Unlike many of the knights he knows, Doran is an excellent cook. Claiming that he should be able to cook his own food instead of waiting on it like a child.
