The Academy is for special...children. The misfits, the ones who don't fit into society, are sent there to be in a healthy environment for them. Little do they know that once they are in, they won't come out.The Academy grounds are surrounded by a giant fence and have students loyal to the Administration patrolling the grounds along with numerous cameras. The large campus contains the main school building, the student housing, a track, and large amounts of woods to play paintball and capture the flag for the students in their recreational time.The children in the Academy are specially selected, they are the ones no one will miss, orphans, runaways, and others of the sort. Inside the Academy the children are appointed jobs and left to manage themselves, but if they get out of line they are punished by the Administration, the mysterious people that set up the Academy and only appear to the students as a voice, telling them what to do. When one is sent to detention they never come back...

The students are divided into three factions:

The Savant- they are the ones that hold the jobs of teachers, security , and discipline. They are the only students who the Administration talks to. They are a mix of snobs and some people who genuinely think they are doing the right thing. They are known to be ruthless at times, and the Administration turns a blind eye to their outbursts of violence. The other students view them as traitors, and puppets to the Administration. The Savant receive favor from the Administration and are given better equipment for paintball, the major sporting event the students have. Though it has its perks, the Savant are despised by the other students.

Personality: Dante was well respected by those he came into contact with also long as you didn't cross him he would protect to but people often feared him because of his harsh punishments to those who did cross his he was even called a sadist by a ex girlfriend of his, because of how much he enjoys punishing those he feels deserve it. He often uses his looks to get him into good places with people but he's very manipulative and will do anything for the people he loves. 
Bio: Dante is always honest but knows how to play words to get around lying he enjoys manipulating people and getting what he wants through these means or through fear and intimidation.

Name: Kido Vanhanen

Description/Appearance: Almost shoulder-length auburn hair, dark brown eyes, slightly short for the average 16-year-old boy
Personality: Very cheerful and optimistic, normally, some might even go so far as to say "Happy-go-lucky". He is happy with both physical and artistic activities, even if he is not exactly “first pick” material for either. He really likes painting, and is actually fairly decent, although almost all of his paintings tend to reflect his childish nature. He alternates between wearing girl’s clothes and boy’s clothes, depending on what he feels comfortable in that day. 
He seems to have an odd relationship with Felice, but exactly what that is, he doesn't actually know. He often claims that they are 'best friends' or 'cousins'. 
Bio: Kido remembers living peacefully with his parents, and he remembers Felice, but he doesn't seem to remember how he met Felice or exactly what happened prior to being accidently sent to the Academy. He claims that he was either going to another school or going home, and that there must have been a mix up. He very much wants to go back home.

The Sedition- they are always trying to escape the Academy grounds and are the people who usually get in trouble. They hold the jobs of kitchen, janitors, and sports. They are a mix of rebellious trouble makers and some who just want to escape and go home. The Administration is most harsh to them in terms of discipline, and can be sent to detention for things others have done. The Sedition are all very loyal to each other, so if someone messes with the Sedition they have the whole gang coming after them. Though they can be rough, there are some who just desperately want to escape. They enjoy conducting capture the flag and paintball, and they usually win. They are looked at as allies by the Halcyon, but are just underlings to most of the Savant.

Name: Felice 
Age: "17" He says. 
Description/Appearance: (Still working on the drawing…) Slightly short, though not as short as Kido. Bright amber eyes and light blue, mid-length hair. It's not quite as long as Kido's. 
Personality: Openly sarcastic and cynical, but he secretly cares a lot about others. He tends to be fiercely loyal to those who he manages to befriend, though he often has trouble expressing how much they mean to him. An odd tendency of his is to do nice things for people at random as an apology for being rude. If caught in the act, however, he fervently denies it. Although he would never admit to it, Felice also really likes puns. 
He has an odd relationship with Kido, though exactly what that is, he refuses to say. Kido seems to have his own ideas about this, but Felice often rejects them. 
Bio: "Was part of a performance Troupe. They vanished. Things happened, and now I'm here with the happy idiot." 
As part of a performance group when he was younger, Felice learned many interesting skills. After the troupe vanished under mysterious circumstances, he claimed to have been 'travelling' for a while before meeting Kido. The two arrived together at the Academy, but he seems to be distancing himself from the other boy lately…

The Halcyon- They are peaceful students and don't usually try to pick fights. They don't like being in the Academy, but they live with it, and try to find the best in it. They hold the jobs of Supplies, Construction, and Housing. They are a mix of quiet, soft spoken people and optimistic extroverts. They try to abide to the rules, but there is an occasional escape plan from them, but usually more well planned then the Sedition's attempts at escape. The Halcyon look out for each other, and try to avoid trouble. They are barely even noticed by the Savant, but are bullied by the Sedition, though the Halcyon and Sedition see each other as allies against the Savant and Administration.

Thomas is tall and lean, with his soft blonde hair and pale blue eyes (Use your imagination for the rest)
Thomas's family has always had financial troubles and when his family realised that Thomas was the smartest of the family and would become their prize bread winner they scraped their money together and sent him to the finest academy in the country.
Thomas was taught to keep his chin high when times were bad, which for his family was often the case. But thankfully his parents parenting skills were good if not slightly unorthodox and so he has been shaped into becoming kind, cheerful and a little eccentric at times.

Personality: Nabiki isn't the type to make waves unless she sees good reason and should she see reason to she will act with an intermediary. Extremely Intelligent Nabiki was nicknamed Andy short for android by her former school mates
Bio: Nabiki is a foster child who's been in the system since birth because of her mother's addiction to drugs.
Born prematurely and addicted to Meth many at the hospital thought she wouldn't live but she did.
Her Social workers also thought that her prenatal exposure to meth would result in her being mentally challenged but there again she stunned those ready to give up on her.
It was thought that she'd be an easy adoption but each time Nabiki meet her potential parents she would read them using her intellect and then deliver a scathing appraisal of their flaws.
She was briefly adopted by a couple even after she pronounced the woman a drunk and the man a thief an pedo. She was with them six months then she was subject to a juvenile investigation after she called the police and waited for them to arrive. 
She was splattered in blood and her adoptive mom was so drunk she could even speak to the police.
Nabiki lead the officers up stairs to her parent's room where they discovered her adoptive father in a pool of his own blood an barely alive.
Nabiki and her mom were taken to the police station where she began detailing a series of attacks on her person which she could no longer allow so she was forced to use his titanium golf club to make it stop; she was 11 years old.
Placed into a facility for girls who committed crimes and were suspected of suffering from mental disorders Nabiki was analyzed and found in full control of her facilities and understood that what she did was wrong.
Declared as having suffered short term mental instability she was released back into the foster system.
It was during a shuffle of the system that Nabiki's name came up on the academy roster even though after the incident with her adoptive father she'd been a model child.

Other Nabiki is Hyper intelligent in fact so much so that she's thought of as a genius by the system. She also has an ability to read people that borders on the mystical, one Social worker declared her a young Shelia Holmes as a joke.
She has learned to control her urges to tell people what she sees when she looks at them and because of this she often seems to be depressed in her facial expression

They all live in relative peace, though there is always tension, especially during sporting events such as paintball and capture the flag there is rivalry. They have their own housing for each group off the main Academy building. The Savant in the northern most corner in a resort-type building with fountains, a courtyard and even a pool. They live in luxury. The Sedition are in the southern most corner of the campus in a well built, but standard dorm-type building. Inside it is usually messy and has a bad odor, but they have a full kitchen. The Halcyon are in the Western corner at the edge of the woods. They have the standard building, but put the effort into planting flowers in the front. The rooms are all relatively clean and organized with a large living room on the ground floor. Special events include Capture the Flag and Paintball, alternating each week. The faction who wins these events receives points which can be traded in for items that they would not otherwise have, for example, a gaming system (though there is no cellular or wifi) or better equipment for the next sporting event. Students can also receive points randomly if the Administration sees it fit. The amount of points are kept record of through an unbreachable computer system which can be accessed in each computer in the faction dorms (one in each dorm) . The items are delivered with the supply tucks and are handed out by the Halcyon.The supplies come in every night by trucks that are heavily guarded. Those who try to escape through the trucks are immediately sent to detention.You were chosen to be in the Academy. Will you abide by the Administration and try to lead a normal life, will you answer to them and live in luxury, or will you rebel and try to escape? It's your choice. Welcome to the Academy.
