I was stating a matter of fact without even being that blunt. If he isn't totally on board he probably shouldn't apply. Adding 'I suppose' usually denotes dubiousness, so if one is already dubious about the system then they probably shouldn't bother with it. It'd be a waste of time in the case that they [i]are[/i] disappointed. It's not like I called his mother a whore and told him his roleplaying sucks. I just said that if he isn't TOTALLY ON BOARD (read: REALLY INTERESTED), he probably shouldn't join because I'm only as enthusiastic as my players. That plays in to me actually [i]running[/i] the campaign, you see. But I'm going to take a guess and say you probably don't feel like joining, Parser. It sounds like you don't want to get along with me and are more inclined to take offense than take my responses at face value. You know, kind of like it was meant to be, without any snidery or vitriol. Kind of like this one.
