Assuming everyone gets their apps done, we'll have six nations, two city-states and one single character.

Evan and Rare are working on their apps, and I'll work on mine soon. Gorgenmast should have his app up soon (as a single character). Isotope/Moose says he'll join too (post above :P), but I'm not sure what he's going with.
