Well I am not asleep lol XD I am sorry sleep isn't coming easy, I know what that is like. I would set up an alarm or something to remind you of your stabilizers if they are really important. I wouldn't want you to miss too many if it helps you. I know alarms helped me when I needed to take meds everyday or I placed them in a place I had to go to every morning. As for sleep, tea with honey can help. I know if my mind is restless then sometimes I just force my eyes closed and imagine a story in my mind or show I enjoy and just write it all out in my mind/image it until I drift off and it becomes a dream.
