You wouldn't be able to just conjure water out of thin air, you would need to be able to manipluate it I suppose. And there isn't all too much water in this facility, besides like urinals, sinks, whatnot. I don't know how useful that is. I've also been adding some important locations to the OP, so check those out.

As far as plans for this roleplays, I'm hoping it lasts a while. The first half will be a good amount of us exploring the asylum, plotting rebellion, I've got some side plot-arcs in mind. Then the second half we break out, and take on the rest of the world, and there will be a new enemy to face.
