For those of you accepted, you may begin immediately - list is on the second post, repeated here under the hider for convenience.

For those of you not yet accepted, worry not. There is little advantage gained overall by those accepted, as very few people know the whereabouts of the Artifact yet, and by the time its location is public knowledge, you will've been accepted or very close to it. Until the date of acceptance, everyone is still free to work on prior relationships and such, including changing entries in their sheets even if they are accepted - within reason of course.
