Main Character's/General's Name: Amir "A-Docc" Scott Age: 25 Gender: Male Appearance: A young African-American gentleman of medium brown complexion with a low box fade black hair. He is of average height and wears a simplistic outfit consisting of a white tank top, tan cargo pants, and yellow and white Chuck Taylor shoes. He always carries a pistol which is the standard weapon of his gang. Bio: He was born and raised in the Woodmanor neighborhood and has lived there the entirety of his life. He joined the Nomads gang when he was eleven-years-old and rose steadily through the ranks ever since. At sixteen he became the apprentice of the gang's former leader who prepared him to take his position in the event of his death. Sure enough, the gang's former leader was eventually murdered by rivals and he inherited the gang at the young age of nineteen. Being a mere teen at the time he became the gang's leader, he faced several adversities such as lack of a respect from the chiefs of other divisions. He inevitably earned the respect worthy of a leader after he successfully reunited the gang after a civil war broke out between it sets. As a leader, he is a bold and demanding yet reasonable. He does not tolerate insubordination and will have members who go rogue executed without discrimination. He despises his gangs rivals and mandates that they too be killed without mercy. However, despite his apparent ruthlessness, he is fiercely loyal to his gang and whatever allies they may have. He likes to preserve any loyalties he may have and is reliable in holding up his end of the deal when it comes to agreements. But, his willingness to compromise with neutral gangs has led some other Nomads to believe that he is soft and he has attracted much distrust since obtaining control of the gang. Neighborhood Name: Woodmanor Gang/Family Name: Full name is the Royal Nomad Alliance. Known mostly in shortened form as The Nomads. Also abbreviated as RNA. Gang Description:
A larger than average street gang formed as alliance of smaller factions to run another large faction, the Golems, out of the neighborhood. Like many street level organizations, the Nomads utilize symbolism in the form of colors and graffiti. Members of the Nomads can be identified by their preference for yellow. The insignia of the gang is that of the mythical griffin and it can be found spray painted on various buildings all throughout Woodmanor. According to members of the gang, it represents their freedom to go wherever they want in the city - hence their name "the Nomads." The number 99 seems to be important to them and it can be found spray painted throughout their neighborhood and tattooed on their members. It is commonly seen within the middle of a rhombus. Another important number is 14-6, fourteen corresponding with the letter "n" which is the first letter in Nomads and six corresponding with the amount of letters in the word. Unlike 99, 14-6 can be seen spray painted on buildings and tattooed on members within an upside down triangle instead of a rhombus. The gang is organized into four main divisions that operate across the Woodmanor neighborhood. Within each division is numerous smaller factions known as sets which are located along smaller side streets and blocks. The main division is Impton Boulevard which is the central street in the Woodmanor neighborhood that runs north to south. It is the original division of the gang and the largest. The others are situated at Camelot Park, the Beanstalk Terrace housing development, and Yellow Brick Road (formerly Kirton Drive) which is several streets over from Impton Boulevard. Before uniting with Impton Boulevard to fight against the Golems, each division was its own autonomous gang. The gangs hierarchy is heavily centered on rank and seniority. At the top is the general who is the gang's supreme leader. Beneath the general is his second-in-command, known as the vice general, who assists in managing the gang's vast scope. In the event that the gang's general is unable to fulfill his duties or has to leave town, the vice general temporarily takes on the role of general. It is a tradition within the gang for the general to name their successor in the event of their death or life incarceration. If no successor is available, the vice general automatically becomes the gang's next general. Beneath the vice general are the four chiefs who oversees the gang's different divisions, next are the captains who lead the small crews of members known as sets. Anyone else, unless they are a Block Knight which is an exclusive rank, is classified as a mere foot soldier and has no command power unless it is delegated to them through seniority.
Present Status: Currently, the gang is significantly weaker than what it was in its prime. Six years ago it broke apart and different factions within the gang began fighting against each other. The war didn't last long and the gang was quickly reunified but not without large casualties. The gang is in a rebuilding stage and is aiming to gather resources from others within the city. Specialized Units:

Block Knight: Patrolmen who can be found carrying one gun and one sword. Superior to foot soldiers in that they carry two weapons instead of one.[/*]
Rollers: The cavalry. Typically found convoying around in sedans and SUVS filled to maximum capacity. Typically use semi-automatic guns.[/*]
Location Preference: Middle of the West Side Notable People:
Isaiah "Wise Man" Payne • Age: 32 • Rank: Chief • Wiseman is the leader of the Yellow Brick Road division of the gang and therefore oversees any and all sets in that area. He is stubborn and distrusting of all other gangs in the city and is usually unwilling to compromise with them out of paranoia. His way of thinking stems from the fact that he is from a different era in which war was a more viable solution than diplomacy. Jackson "Big Jack" Spann • Age: 25 • Rank: Chief • Big Jack is the leader of the Beanstalk Terrace division of the gang and therefore oversees any and all sets in that area. He is levelheaded and the most loyal of the gang's co-leaders and rarely disapproves of A Docc's decisions. As he is loyal to A-Docc, he has a similar ideology that affiliating with other gangs can do their own good. Arthur "King Arthur" Hopson • Age: 19 • Rank: Chief • While the majority of the gang's members are around his age or younger, King Arthur holds one of the highest ranks attainable - not unlike A-Docc when he was his age. King Arthur earned his name because he has always been a criminal, the first time he was arrested being when he was twelve for car theft. Ever since then he has been an active and faithful member of the Nomads which earned him his leadership position. He leads the Camelot Park division. Mikael "Shadow" Irvin • Age: 26 • Rank: Vice General • The gang's second-in-command. Shadow earned his name because he refuses to come out in the day and can only be found lurking at night. While A-Docc is asleep, Shadow is out prowling the streets of Woodmanor and handing out orders. He is quiet, sneaky, and feared because of his secretiveness. It is widely speculated, usually in a joking manner, that he is a vampire due to his hatred of light. Devin "D-Force" Calloway • Age: 27 • Rank: Arch-Knight • The leader of the gang's specialized patrol unit, the Block Knights. He is cold, calculating, and strict which is mandatory as he is responsible for leading the gang's elite soldiers. As he stands on equal footing with the chiefs despite not being one, he takes it upon himself to correct them (namely Wiseman) when they get out of order.

Shaman • Age: Late 50s to early 60s • Title: Street Sage • A creepy old guy who roams the streets spewing nonsense about magic. Her inventory is widely deemed useless. Ramlah • Age: Early-to-mid forties • Title: Drunk False Prophet • A equally creepy woman who patrons the Sour Pegasus, a bar within the neighborhood. After consuming large quantities of alcohol, she will give people fortunes which are most likely not true. Shawn "Merch" Oliver • Age: 23 • Title: Local Arms Dealer • An illegal arms dealer who sells mostly low tier weapons. His nickname is short for merchant and was given to him by various members of the Nomads, the gang comprising of the majority of his customers.
