I actually don't like getting smashed. I love a buzz, but I don't like the feeling of being aware of how much of a dipshit I am when I'm drunk, but not being able to stop myself. It's like some fucking frat boy starts piloting my body. Drunk me is not somebody I would hang out with recreationally.

EDIT: Then again, I would fuck myself silly if I got the chance, and I have this feeling that drunk me would be okay with that, so I might hang out with drunk me.
