HIM has no problem stabbing the clay figure, the sword making a clean cut into the clay, as he hacks a piece out of it's midsection. Him attempts to get the clay Mimi off of him, hacking at it with the sword, attempting to cut it to pieces. If this clay beast had a soul, then it would also feel the effects of the sword.
