Personality: Kinda depends. Her mood is almost as random as her magic.
Biography: She lost her memory using Bedlam once, so she doesn't really know where she comes from. 
Magic: Directed Pandemonium
Almost all of Nina's spells involve some form of chaos, and as such don't always work quite the way they're supposed to.

Entropic Position: Technically a form of teleportation, this spell seems to move Nina a short distance, but when asked about it she explains it as "I don't move from one place to another. I've always been there, the spell just makes the universe notice it's mistake."

Chaos Bolt: Nina's main attack spell, fires a bolt of elemental energy. What kind of element, nobody knows until it's cast.

Bedlam: A spell Nina probably uses more often than she should, and which isn't really a spell at all. She removes all the seals and limiters she has on her power and just lets the chaos run rampant, which can have many different effects.

I'm running this character one of my favorite ways. I'm going to have a 6 sided die, a 20 sided die, and a list of what can happen, and just say "Jesus, take the wheel"
