Her eyes expanded slightly when he was exact with his height. She had expected an around-the-bout guess on the size of the statue but here he was, giving off the exact height and from what to what. Her gaze flicked up to him quickly before her full lips curled into another smile. Either he was smart or he had done a lot of research before he came to ‘pick her up’. Either way, it was impressive none the less. In the tight space of walking out, she could feel his large presence behind her and every now and then would catch a whiff of his cologne which, in itself, was intoxicating. As she walked ahead of him, her mouth turned into a large and excited grin. Inside she was jumping up and down for joy, skipping and singing the ‘I HAVE A DATE’ song everyone gets when they go out with someone they know they’d enjoy the time with. And even though she hadn’t known Steve for very long, she was truly happy that she was with him and it was… well a date. “Geeze aren’t we classy.” She said playfully as they started towards the hotdog stand. “I’m glad I wore my good tennis shoes.” Her voice was playful, obviously she was joking and even more obvious, she was alrigh twiht having hotdogs. The little stand was adorable, they didn’t have these in New Jersey and even at S.H.I.E.L.D. she would typically eat in the cafeteria because the food was actually pretty good. But a classic New York hotdog for lunch, why not?! “Oh, same as him.” She said lightly to the overly happy hotdog seller. Her small hands wrapped around the large hotdog as her eyes expanded seeing the size. “Oh goodness!” She said quickly as she balanced it with a single hand as she took the other soda from him. “Cheers to a great day with a great person.” She said brightly ‘clinking’ her cup against his before taking a drink and then a bite of the hotdog. Her blue eyes expanding once again as she lost her manners and began to speak her mouth full. “Oh mmm gommm its delimmisous.” Her face than turned instantly red as she covered her mouth as an apology; oh yes, just making a fool out of herself, and now she was embarrassed.
