Sorry, but I can't accept this. I said earlier that I wont be accepting dragon slayers, and I do stand by that. While I have pardoned a limited number of S-class mages, I won't have any dragon slayers in this guild. 

Also, I need more from the cs. What kind of spells be uses, any weaknesses, more into his backstory. How was he found, why was he abandoned?
