I think this is up for the players to discuss in the thread or through PMs. Encompassing plots are bound to happen but I doubt EE has anything grand eschewed out for everybody but thats an assumption.

From my understanding, it's just to prove you can be consistent and active (enough) with posting content. There were old problems in the game where people applies for several and never did anything with them as they disappeared.
