This is my first role-play with people I don't know so I hope I'm doing things okay.

Name: Absinthe or Abby for short
Age: 16
Appearance: Short and messy black hair, pale skin that has a bit of a green glow, green eyes, green and black dragonfly wings, usually wears a thick black sweater and a long skirt.
Personality: A little eccentric, weird, shy, creepy, can be awkward
Ability: she has the ability to fly but only a short distance, she can make people hallucinate and control their minds but this makes her head be in extreme pain depending on how long she controls someones mind.
Bio: She was homeschooled most of her life since her parents didn't want people to pick on her because of her fairy-like appearance. At the age of 4, when her mother wouldn't let her have a cookie, she manipulated her mothers mind to give her the entire jar. At the age of 13, her parents finally figured out what power she had and threatened her to stop or else she would be taken away, in her anger, she shut down her parent's minds, making them comatose. In her guilt, Absinthe turned herself in, making the government send her away to learn to control herself.
