[indent]The Fool has a keen analytical and structured mind and is gifted at using distraction to implement direct attacks. While he has no specific superhuman abilities, he is known to hold his own in combat with superhuman adversaries long enough to escape. He is also an above-average athlete with special skills in gymnastics, and unarmed combat though his form is unconventional and often dirty. Also noteworthy are his skills in escapism especially due to his natural flexibility the limits of which are almost superhuman.[/INDENT]

[b]| [u]EQUIPMENT:[/u] |[/b]
[INDENT]The Fool employs a variety of harmless-looking toys and gimmicks modified into non-lethal weapons or special tools. He has a yo-yo whose weighted knob can be used for striking and whose thin steel cable increases it's strength allowing it to be even used as an impromptu grapple. He has a bag of polished ball bearing marbles which he throws onto the ground to make an opponent lose his footing. Furthermore, the Fool carries various sized rubber balls containing flash and smoke explosives in their centers. 

The Fool also notably favors a large mallet made of both wood and rubber in order to ensure it only injuries and doesn't kill. Additionally, he uses metal playing cards as a form of throwing weapon which while capable of injuring, are really more for distraction purposes. These are generally laced with a laughing gas like toxin which unlike the Joker's strain have no long lasting side effects.

His suit is also loaded with humorous gimmicks, false hands which are spring loaded and have an increased reach, shoes with spring loaded heels that launch the Fool over the heads of his enemies and many other 'humorous' advantages.

It should be noted that the Fool is constantly expanding and refining his arsenal of toys.[/INDENT]

[B]| [U]BRIEF BIO:[/U] |[/B]
[INDENT]Born to a circus family, Jacob grew up around various members of the travelling troupe which contained acrobats, strongmen, clowns and numerous other acts. Though the circus was as renown as Haly's, it was still fairly widely regarded and often had a huge turn out when it showed up to the likes of Star City and Metropolis. One city however that Jacob often noted the circus struggled with getting an audience in was Gotham. Gotham understandably had a general paranoia when it came to circuses and more specifically clowns. As a child, Jacob had always loved the circus' clowns and when he found out about the Joker and his reputation it grew a sense of disdain within the boy which only grew with him as he aged into a young adult. Returning to Gotham as a student at the age of eighteen, Jacob decided to use his mind and experience with the circus to reshape Gotham's opinion of clowns.

Donning a costume and becoming 'The Fool', Jacob began to hunt down low level criminals before enforcing his own vigilante justice upon them. The Gotham City Police Force often mystified when they came across a pair of gang bangers tied up with silly string that had hardened like cement. The loud and obnoxious hero now patrols the streets every evening especially in the area around the University of Gotham which he has carved out as his territory.[/INDENT]
