He looks down at the knife, and takes a step forward. The knife slides though his dead flesh, pushing though his neck, splitting his spine. 
"I am...someone like you....someone who understands the beauty of a well preformed knife slice." He says, still in his low voice, unlike his normal higher voice. He then takes a step back, and the cut oozes out a black, old rotten blood.
