Entaria was not ancient as a colony but it was a planet that carried a deeply entrenched caste system which many considered simply natural. The survivors of Entaria that would go on to form the order were not soon to forget their culture. Upon the landing on Brahma the high caste survivors banded together and used their influence to force most of the low caste survivors into line. While accused of instituting a system no better than slavery the accusers were similarly newly landed refugees and hardly had the resources to fight over moral dilemma. In that initial time the high castes consolidated their power through the accusation that Earth born values of equality and democracy were responsible for weakening the power base of Humanity and leaving the human race open to invasion. Still reeling from the destruction of most of the human race many other factions seeking something to blame rallied to the Entarian high caste’s rhetoric and submitted to it, perhaps out of promised titles, and perhaps out of genuine agreement. Two years after landing on Brahma the high castes had gathered enough support from both willing, and unwilling, subjects to found a city. An aristocracy was similarly founded and immediately established was a new dynasty. The Kesalin family, the most distinguished of the high cast of Entaria would be that dynasty. The city they built bore the simple name of New Entaria, and in a few short years it had grown substantially rich off of the mineral and phosphorous laden ground it was founded on. The New Entarian Order was born ten years later when the city state became a nation though the foundation of another city. Deemed Keasli the city was populated by both forced moves and subjugation of small nearby communities. These nearby communities were unable to fight off the power of an organized militia and were brought into the fold by force. However the price of the caste based and oft oppressive system the Order was founded on would show its face soon enough. Rebellion by the low castes in the new city started a serious conflict that amounted to civil war, though it was carefully handled to make it seem like a minor insurrection. Still the conflict that lasted for five years and its cost proved economically devastating. Falling back on phosphorous production, fertilizer manufacture, weapons production, and heavy metals mining the Order was able to re build its strength through careful trade deals and strategic marriages. Eventually the power base of the Order had been rebuilt and it was time to invest in growing the two cities and the increasingly numerous mining and farming towns as well as the population they guaranteed. Dissent was still however a constant threat as more and more minor communities were absorbed. However, that proved to be a double edged sword as many Tkrai were captured during that period of expansion. Those Tkrai more often than not were forced into servitude, the few that avoided that fate usually were the ones that traded in their own for honorary citizen status. Beyond even that the growing strength of nearby nations forced the Order to construct a formidable military, large and well-armed but almost entirely conscripted it would fight mostly terrorist actions as well as partake in border skirmishes. In the years since the last border conflicts a fragile peace has emerged, the Order enjoys trade with its neighbours and though condemnations are not uncommon deals have been consistently formed to keep the Order out of any war which has allowed a crackdown on terrorists that has limited dissent to minor incidents. Though concerns about Tkrai resistance forming in the cities mounts, as of yet the Order has enjoyed peace for nearly seven years and on this new wold many agree that a strong hand to protect them is better than the liberties they once enjoyed.
