Ah, well right now Dominick knows better than to swoop in as Dark Matter, so he's waiting until the Titan's finish off the robot since it's player isn't here anymore. After that he'll consume the bot, maybe look around the ruins, but lay low and let the Titan's rest up. If you want I could have him head topside to do some "Business Deals", where he tries to sell some of his weapons to the local gangs to make a quick buck. You character could have been monitoring the gang activity, wondering where they're all getting their equipment from, and try to bust one of his deals. I'm hoping that Dark Matter escapes, but if you cause a big enough mess it might alert the Titans where he'd have to cut his loses or get's cornered.
