Well the medical convoy and the Garden of Eden would likely be the most promising options seeing as rampaging through a section of a city would have the TT's called pretty quickly. A medical convoy or landfill being hit is more likely to be a problem that the police are called in for. Also, i'll post Titan drawing nearer to the fight and deciding to go and step in.
