@Rare: There is only one real problem I see; Nai Kolkata was the only colony on Brahma. This can fixed somewhat easily by saying that Brazuela was a small district of Nai Kolkata instead of a colony. Otherwise, you're accepted. Just fix that small detail.

As for your question above: Yeah, there probably is some jungle in the safe-zone. A lot of it may have been cut down, but there are probably patches of jungle here and there.
