Katsu's eyesight slowly returned to him and he saw the man's chakra digging into the ground. He quickly performed three hand seals as the man appeared behind him, not having noticed Natsumi charging. As Kenta's blow seemingly hit him, a small part of a tree's bark had replaced him with smoke. As the bark split in two, the kunai Katsu had thrown was revealed, the explosive tag behind it ignited. It exploded and Katsu stood in front of a tree, weaving the required hands for the Dust Cloud Technique. He blew the wind from behind the explosion towards where Kenta's chakra was. Now that he could see properly, he didn't have to worry about hitting the others. The fires from the explosion were now directed and concentrated, moving quickly and burning everything in its path to crisp.

As he used the technique, he noticed an immense source of chakra around Natsumi who was charging towards Kenta. He assumed it was a technique and continued fuelling his own.
