I hope Souta is Okay..."[/b] Fumio looked in the direction the three took off in with a frown before looking to Chie, his frown brightening into a small smile. [b]"I feel like it's been a while since we'-[i]Ve[/i]-"[/b] Chie suddenly grabbed Fumio's hand and began dragging him, cutting off his sentence. [b]"Gemstone? Are you Okay?"[/b] He asked with concern but received no answer and was instead dragged into his room. 

Chie then locked the door, meaning that she must have something important to talk about... Fumio only stood there in silence, anxious to what she might have to say when she moved his hand onto her stomach. Staring at Chie in slight confusion, he didn't answer her rhetorical question and instead listened to what she had to say. Slowly, Fumio's eyes gradually widened, growing wider the more she spoke. He was dead silent as she looked up at him and continued to speak before pouting then glaring... Then she gave him a hug... All of this was a bit too much for him to process all at once... He was going to be a [i]dad[/i]? Someone like him?.... Immediately he felt that he didn't deserve to have a child... but, he has one now, or more so is going to have one... Looking down, Fumio slowly wrapped his arms around Chie and hugged her back tightly, just spending a moment to just hug her as a smile slipped onto his lips. Surprisingly enough, the thought of a having an actual family comforted him more than scared him... Fumio may have lost his own family and clung onto the only two people that he considered were family even though they weren't... he wouldn't make the mistake of letting the opportunity to actually have one slip through his fingers... It came as an utter surprise, but the best things in life were unexpected. [b]"Chie... What makes you think I'll leave?"[/b] Fumio leaned back as his voice softened, looking into Chie's eyes with that same charming smile. He kept his arms around Chie, holding her against him. [b]"This is amazing news Chie... heh, you're going to be a mother and I... I'm going to be a father"[/b] He chuckled a little, happily. [b]"So Gemstone~"[/b] Fumio then lifted his hand to place it on the side of Chie's face gently, stroking her cheek with his thumb. [b]"I'm not going to leave. I wouldn't even think of letting you go through this alone~ Don't worry honey, I'll help you take care of our child"[/b] He smiled genuinely before leaning forward, planting a soft kiss on Chie's tender lips before leaning back a little, looking into her emerald eyes once more. [b]"I'm glad you chose to tell me sooner rather than later... Now cheer up, you should be happy that we're going to become a family~... I'm happy"[/b]
