I like the character as his control over oil is a bit varied from the typical control of fire. I do have to ask what kind of oil it is he controls, I'm assuming it's petroleum/crude oil? This will help me to better understand his weaknesses and what not. Other than that though he's accepted. Welcome to Sanctum!
