The Deity of Chaos growled, standing on top of the water.

He felt quite impatient just waiting for nighttime to arrive. After all, soon, he would get to relax with Athalia's students in a warm bloodbath. He wanted to have conversations with them as their lives slipped away and give them the time of their lives. Clever things surrounded his head, protecting it like worker bees defending a honeycomb.

Apophis felt a grin slide into his face. He remember Lucifer's orders about not killing the students, and he complied with that. Of course, if accidents happened, then he would have to compromise to not get in trouble. The Deity had far-reaching goals in his mind, and getting berated and threatened over killing one stupid student sounded like a retardation of his own liberty.

The skin-wearing man snickered, crossing his arms. Thanks to a device Macbeth had created with the help of Hell's technologists, Apophis was able to temporarily hide his presence, instead letting off a scent of ocean water. He loved the scent. It reminded him of how he ravaged an underwater city and its people.

Apophis grinned joyfully, letting some of the skin around his mouth float buoyantly on the surface of the water before submerging along with his body. He did not intend on ruining their joyful mood for now, for that would catch Lucifer's attention a little too effectively. He needed to make a fool out of himself once more. He wanted to test something. A test.
