Well, in MMO's weapons never really level up, they either get repaired/enchanted and become slightly better. But most often then not, people just get new weapons from loot and shops.

I was planning on acquiring the dagger in my CS that way. either finding in a dungeon, or an event reward. But I'm not planning getting the dagger in the first boss battle i fight in, but maybe later on. Obviously discussing it with the GM/Co-Gm prior.
