It...wasn't light bullying. Sustained ostracizing, getting shoved and yelled at, having his arm slammed in a locker, for a few examples. And it went on for three years. I agree about the bloodthirsty maniac thing though. Would burning them in the heat of the moment (pun kind of intended) be acceptable? 

Now I'm not so sure what loosely related means. Does fire have to come into it somehow? That's workable for me, but I'd like to confirm it. (Side note here: the "insanity" thing kind of reminded me of the trigger events from [url=https://docs.google.com/document/d/17WIAhETdtVGSKzFuDYOT2_6U_MMXmTGyzCziYhCwozo/edit#heading=h.oiypiniejplc]Worm[/url], so I tried to make the circumstance match his type of power, which in this case would be "implicit threat but not immediate harm". Does actual harm have to come in for this?)
