K'rak overlooked the scene, somewhat in surprise. There was more people in this single place than he had seen his entire life. Tents sprawled out across flat valleys in every direction around the one anchor point of the castle. K'rak had seen a couple of Castles on the way here, the first one he had seen stuck awe into his heart. If this was a fragment of the old empire, he was honoured to usher back in a golden age. This was slightly bigger than the others, and there was no doubting that this was where the strings of fate would snap. With this many people the world was bound to change. Although mostly shunned on the road, a couple of people told him The Forbidden Kingdom would be here, and it seemed the entirety of the world had come to see what the fuss was about. K'rak raised his head and inhaled odours of fire, animals and man. It would be dark soon, and the talks were soon to be underway. He mulled over the idea of perhaps spying on them, but hunger and travel wear got the better of him. It was a bit late to hunt and the wildlife for miles around had probably been scared off, so it was probably best to steal some meat and rest from a vantage point where he could overlook the camp. Maybe a nice tree...
