Alexandrite looked towards what seemed like a floating island with a large building in the center. With a spring in her step, she ran up to get a closer look, and found herself in awe. It was something she hadn't seen before- and it certainly piqued her interest.

A comfortably familiar warmth spread around the soles of her feet, and she jumped. Synchronizing it, she released her concentrated flames just as she leaped and accelerated herself so that she rocketed into the sky, getting a clearer, overhead view of her new school. She could already spot little dots along the campus, and she assumed they were people. She fell back down towards the island and eased herself onto the ground with the help of her flames, all the while with a smile on her face. [i]This is going to be so much fun![/i]

While she was wandering about, she found another person who settled herself on a tree. Her eyes sparkled in excitement, and she jogged towards her, stopping around the base of the tree. Alexandrite looked up at her, and waved with a cheerful smile, "Hello!"
