Background: Raised within a family with a lineage of powerful Warlocks, Asurya was taught the mysteries and wonder of Traveler. Her father was one such Warlock who had forged his way up the Guardian chain of command through the acts and decisions that had pleased the vanguard of his vocation. Her mother followed the more domestic path where she acted as the Last City's agricultural Chairwoman. With such a figures being her parents, Asurya was afforded many luxuries that a great many of her people after their 'rebirth' lacked. However, though she certainly had the means to obtain such pleasures, she abstained from such acts for she believed the purity of the body would allow one to truly commune with the silent yet vigilant traveler. 

It was when she went to the tower with her father did she discover a ghost had reached out to her. With the revelation revealed, her father began to teach her the arcane arts, which derived from the power of the traveler. Soon enough, she became adept in her art of psychonic killing. When she passed her initiation into the ranks of the Guardians, she was reunited with Iliana whom trained under the Hunter Vanguard. Their reputation as partners filtered through the Last City as they took on mission after mission with a fairly high rate of success.[/hider]
