When I said you should 'get more serious', I wasn't implying that you should post about something controversial like abortion... I was thinking more along the lines of posting what music you like or what your favorite movie is -- things that can actually be discussed with other people because they're not the usual weird/random one-off topics that you post. (Things like that don't usually warrant a reply because they're nonsensical and no one really can say much to them, let alone when it's done time and time again, through multiple threads.)

I'm going to chalk this one up to having some wires crossed and, while I am impressed that the topic managed to get three pages in without an absolute shit-storm brewing, I'm going to close the topic and we're all going to move on.

Keep trying, Nat -- we all appreciate the effort when you try contribute more positively.
