[/quote] Right.The magic is the important binding element here; without magic, it would be steam 'n gears working independently of her body. It's the magic that helps bring metal and flesh together to work harmoniously, mostly. Lots of check ups 'n things are still required to make sure things go right. And, the constructs are interesting in their own right, since there is something powering the constructs that now has to work with Calli... Needless to say, there will probably be some fun side-effects. And as for her head piece, even her engineer guy was like--Uuuuhh, don't know how that worked, but it did. Go mage! :D So, inclusion, yes--magic is doing most of the work for Calli's prosthetic attachments, but the limbs are still made out of gears, cogs, and springs that allows her to move normally. ;)
