No custom cards this time around (but cards that have been used in the anime or manga without being published as real cards are available for use). I might try making another RP sometime where we use custom cards again, though. And since it seems we're leaning toward scripted Duels, I won't try to enforce an RNG (except maybe for action cards). However, if a certain player makes his/her Duel overly unrealistic, I will attempt to enforce an RNG on said person. If the problem persists, the person shall be kindly removed from the RP.

And though initially I disliked ARC-V, after watching the first thirteen episodes of its anime (in Japanese, of course), I will say that even with its minor issues, it is ten times better than ZEXAL. At least that's my opinion. (Though I dislike the cut of the Turn 1 Draw) All things considered, though, only minor mentions will be made concerning its characters.
