Those things mean entirely different things to y'all than it does to us. You are asking for things that greatly upset the balance of power in your favor. So of course we will refuse. We are perfectly fine with the war ending right now before further bloodshed, but you are essentially attempting to rob certain nations and say you will only stop attacking if we give you 'such and such.'
If y'all are willing to cease hostilities that's one thing. Giving the aggressors in this war what they want is another.

@Pepper, Edit: No strike forces were sent. Just blockading. Most that happened was 25k troops to Canada.
