Kaiden turned to Kat sitting next to Flood. "Hey." He called over to her. "I'm Kaiden." He was feeling more comfortable around these people. More importantly he noticed he didn't have as many emotions surging inside of him as usually. After McCoy set out the plans for the day Kaiden's ears perked and he glanced around the room. He found it odd that not many students were not eagerly jumping up towards the various workout stations. "So I guess we can just choose which stations we want to work on for the duration of gym class? That's cool. What do you guys normally do?" He looked at them, pausing at Kat and expecting an answer for direction to start.
